Greetings from the International Astronomical Search Collaboration

New Asteroid Discoveries

Congratulations go to T. Stieg from Gymnasium Neckargemünd (Germany) and M. Norville from Tarrant County College (Texas) for their discovery of the Main Belt asteroid 2011 HR80.  Also, congratulations go to Z. Lin, C. Tsai, Y. Huang, & S. Lin from National Dali Senior High School (Taiwan) for their discovery of the asteroid 2011 JH9.  Both discoveries were made in the set of PS1 images dated April 30th.

A complete list of the discoveries that have reached provisional status is given at the bottom of this email.  So far, 12 discoveries have been made including the near-Earth object 2011 HD63 discovered by students from the Universidade Federal de São Carlos (Brazil) and Cordova High School (California).
