INTERNATIONAL ASTRONOMICAL SEARCH COLLABORATION (簡稱IASC)
1.  It is important you analyze the image sets within 72 hours.  
2.  During that 72 hours you should collaborate with your partner school.
3.  Prepare and send the MPC Report by email to Dr. Patrick Miller at iascsearch@hsutx.edu.
4.  Do not send the MPC Report to any other person!!
5.  Make absolutely certain only true moving objects are identified in the MPC Report.
6.  Never click on empty, moving red boxes.
